A fitness tracker is most useful for the things it measures well: steps, distance, calories, active time and sleep, and the trends those numbers show over weeks. The Fitness Tracker Smartwatch from Cozy Crest covers those, along with call and message notifications, Bluetooth calling and the everyday smartwatch functions.
It pairs with the FitPro app on Android 5.0 and iOS 9.0 or later, charges magnetically and is IP67 rated against splashes, rain and sweat. Choose black, silver, gold or pink with a soft silicone band, or add a second band, a stainless steel link band or a mesh band, for a dressier look.
Please note this is a consumer fitness device, not a medical device. Any readings it displays are indicative only, are not clinically validated, and must never be used to diagnose, monitor or manage any medical condition.

Your week in numbers
Steps, distance and active minutes add up quietly in the background while you get on with the day. Cozy Crest built this one for the long view, because a month of movement tells you far more than any single afternoon.
Sleep you can actually see
Wear it overnight and the watch logs how long you actually slept, not how long you meant to. Over a few weeks the pattern gets clear enough to do something about.
Notifications without the phone
Calls and messages land on your wrist, so the phone can stay in a pocket or a bag. It is the small everyday convenience that makes a tracker something you keep wearing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Fitness Tracker Smartwatch measure?
It tracks steps, distance, active minutes and sleep duration, and it handles notifications and the everyday smartwatch functions alongside them. Those are the numbers that reward consistent wear, and they build into a picture of your week rather than a single snapshot.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a consumer wellness device from Cozy Crest, and every reading it shows is indicative only rather than clinically validated. Treat it as a way to watch your own trends over time, and use a properly validated medical device and your doctor for anything to do with your health.
How should I wear it for the best results?
Wear it consistently, including overnight if you want sleep duration. The value sits in trends across weeks, so the more days you have it on, the more useful the picture becomes.
Will it show my phone notifications?
Yes. Notifications come through to the wrist along with the usual everyday watch functions, so you can glance instead of digging your phone out.
Does a single day of readings mean much?
Not really, and that is genuinely good news. One number on one day says very little, while a resting figure drifting over a month, or a count of the days you actually moved, is the kind of thing that changes behavior.
