Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add what you want to your cart and check out. You will get a confirmation email straight away. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@cozycrestliving.com as soon as you can with your order number. We can usually change or cancel an order that has not shipped. Once it has shipped, our refund policy takes over.
What payment methods do you take?
The payment options available to you are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and it is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. Your options are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only.
Where is my order?
You will get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for several days, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, enter it at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us, so please check it carefully.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
Thirty days from the day your order is delivered.
Does a return cost me anything?
No. Returns are free.
How do I start one?
Email support@cozycrestliving.com with your order number and which item you want to return. Wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
When do I get my money?
We refund to your original payment method once the return reaches us and has been checked, and we email you when we do. How quickly it appears then depends on your bank.
My order arrived damaged.
Email us within 30 days with your order number and photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.
Products
Will the color match the photograph?
Close, but screens vary. Where a product comes in several finishes, the description says so.
Do your lights come with bulbs?
Not usually. Each product page lists the bulb base it takes so you can buy the right one.
Do I need an electrician?
For anything that connects to house wiring, yes, unless you are confident doing that work yourself. Plug in lamps need nothing but an outlet.
