A compression belt does something quite specific: it wraps the lower back and abdomen and holds them firmly, which many people find gives a useful sense of stability during lifting, bending or long periods on their feet. This Cozy Crest belt is a straightforward version of that, in black SBR neoprene, and nothing more complicated.
Neoprene is the material of choice here because it holds firm compression while still flexing as you move, and it retains warmth against the lower back, which some people find comfortable during physical work or training. The belt weighs roughly 8.8 to 10.6 oz depending on size, so it is substantial enough to feel like support rather than a thin elastic band, without being heavy to wear under a shirt.
Four sizes are available - S, M, L and XL - and all are black. Please note this is a general support garment, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, it is not a treatment for back pain or injury, and it is not a slimming or weight-loss product. If you have back pain, an injury, or any existing condition, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using a belt. Do not wear it continuously, and stop using it if it causes discomfort, numbness or increased pain.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose a size?
Four sizes are available, so pick the one that matches your measurements and use the adjustable straps to fine tune the tension from there.
What is it made of?
Neoprene, chosen because it holds firm compression while still flexing with your movement and retains warmth against the lower back.
When would I wear it?
People typically reach for it during lifting, bending or long periods on their feet, when that added compression gives a helpful sense of stability.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a general support garment, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have back pain, an injury or any existing condition, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using a brace.
Can I wear it all day?
It is not meant to be worn continuously. Use it for the task at hand, and stop using it if it causes discomfort, numbness or increased pain.
