Portable Child Travel Safety Harness

This is a compact, foldable travel harness intended for the situations where carrying a full child seat is impractical: a taxi from an airport, a hire car for one afternoon, a lift in someone else's vehicle. It packs down small enough to go in hand luggage or a rucksack.
