Minimalist Aluminum LED Wall Panel Light

The fixture is a single folded panel — a flat rectangle that meets the wall at an angle rather than sitting square against it. That fold is the whole design. It leaves a gap at the top and the bottom of the panel, so light escapes in two directions and washes the wall above and below instead of shining out into the room. From directly in front you see a plain rectangle and no visible light source at all.

Three widths are offered — 160, 320 and 460 mm — and the choice matters more here than it usually does with a sconce. The smallest works as a marker beside a door or above a bedside table; the longest reads as a band of light down a corridor wall and can be repeated at intervals along it. All three sit close to the wall, shallow enough for a narrow hallway or a doorway without being in the way.

The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to choose or replace, and the panel runs cool. Mount it where the wall behind is flat and reasonably pale: the whole effect depends on that surface doing the reflecting, and a dark or heavily textured wall will swallow most of it. This is a hard-wired fitting: isolate the circuit at the breaker panel before installation, and have a qualified electrician carry out the work if you are not confident with house wiring.
