Nordic Ceramic Wall Lamp

A glazed ceramic body has a quality painted metal does not: the glaze is slightly uneven, the surface has depth, and light landing on it looks softer. This wall lamp uses that directly, with a glazed body that catches ambient light during the day and glows gently once it is switched on.

The profile is vintage without being a reproduction. It borrows the rounded shoulder and the modest scale of older domestic sconces, then drops the ornament that would date it, which is why it sits comfortably in a plain modern bedroom as easily as in a period cottage.

Four versions are listed, numbered 1 to 4. The numbering is the supplier's and we have not been given a specification for what separates them, so message us before ordering if the exact shape or shade matters to you and we will confirm which is which. Mounted at bedside height it frees the table entirely. It is a hardwired fitting - isolate the circuit at the breaker panel first, and have a qualified electrician confirm the fixture's rated voltage before wiring it in.
